Your title must answer a guest's implicit question: "Why should I choose this one?"

The Description Structure

1. Opening hook (2 sentences): Describe the guest experience, not the property specs. "Wake up to quiet tree-lined streets in this thoughtfully furnished DHA apartment, perfect for families and business travelers who want comfort without the impersonality of a hotel."
2. The space (3–4 sentences): Walk through the property as a guest would experience it.
3. Guest access: Exactly what the guest has access to — full property? Shared areas?
4. The neighbourhood: 5 nearby points of interest with distances.
5. Getting around: Transport options, parking availability, distance to airport/central areas.
6. Host note: A personal sentence about your hosting style and availability.

Step 5: Setting Pricing and Availability Calendar

1. Set your base nightly rate (start 10–15% below market average for first 30 days)
2. Configure weekend pricing (+15–25%)
3. Set seasonal adjustments for known peak periods
4. Add length-of-stay discounts (10% for 7+ nights)
5. Set your advance booking window (how far in advance guests can book)
