By accessing or using BookKaaro you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookKaaro (owned and operated by Global Glory by Sehrash Holiday Homes SMC Pvt Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms govern all use of our platform, including holiday home bookings, service bookings, property listings, and vehicle rentals.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using our platform and services.

02User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended
You may not use another person's account without their permission
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

03Bookings & Payments

BookKaaro acts as a marketplace connecting customers with service providers and property owners. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the underlying service agreement between customer and provider.

All prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Payment terms are as agreed between customer and provider at booking
Platform service fee (if applicable) is displayed at checkout
Pricing may change without notice — confirmed bookings honor the agreed price

04Cancellation & Refund Policy

Holiday Homes

Free cancellation: Cancel 48+ hours before check-in for a full refund
Partial refund: Cancel 24–48 hours before — 50% refund
No refund: Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in
No-show policy: Charged as per booking, no refund

Cleaning Services

Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled service
50% charge for cancellation within 4 hours
Full charge if cleaner arrives and is denied access

Other Services

Cancellation policies are set by the individual service provider
Contact the provider directly for disputes
BookKaaro support can mediate disputes via WhatsApp

05Provider Responsibilities

Listings must be accurate and not misleading
Providers must honor confirmed bookings
Properties must meet safety and hygiene standards
Service providers must be licensed/qualified where required by Pakistani law
No discrimination on the basis of religion, gender, ethnicity, or nationality
Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations

06Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation of services
Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward any user
Circumventing the platform to avoid service fees
Posting offensive, illegal, or harmful content
Using the platform for illegal activities under Pakistani law
Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform

07Intellectual Property

All content on BookKaaro including the BookKaaro, Global Glory, Cleaxa, and Sehrash brands, logos, platform design, and technology is owned by Global Glory by Sehrash Holiday Homes SMC Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

08Limitation of Liability

BookKaaro is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability shall not exceed the platform fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan.
