• Approximate pricing (research 5 comparable listings first)

Step 1: Create Your Host Account and Verify Identity

1. Visit BookKaaro.com or download the BookKaaro app
2. Click "Become a Host" and register with your mobile number
3. Complete identity verification: upload CNIC front and back
4. Add your bank account details for direct payouts
5. Set up your host profile: photo, bio, languages spoken, response time commitment

Host profile tip: A profile with a clear photo and a personal bio gets 30% more inquiry responses than one with placeholder information. Write 2–3 sentences about who you are and your hosting philosophy.

Step 2: Property Details, Type, and Category Selection

1. Select property type: Apartment / House / Villa / Room / Unique Stay
2. Enter full property address (displayed approximately for privacy until booking confirmed)
3. Specify: total bedrooms, bathrooms, maximum guest capacity
4. Select all available amenities from the checklist (be thorough — check every single box that applies)
5. Specify house rules: smoking, pets, parties, check-in/check-out times
6. Add accessibility features if applicable

⚠️ Common Error: Most new hosts under-tick amenities. If you have WiFi, air conditioning, a kettle, parking, and a washing machine — these are all ticked separately. Missing an amenity tag means you don't appear in filtered searches for that feature.

Step 3: Photography Requirements and Upload Guide

Technical requirements:

• Minimum resolution: 1024 x 683 pixels
• Landscape orientation preferred (horizontal photos)
• JPG or PNG format
• Minimum 15 photos; 25–30 recommended for maximum visibility

Photo sequence to follow:

1. Hero shot — main bedroom or living area at best angle
2. Living area (2–3 angles)
3. Each bedroom (2 angles each)
4. Bathroom(s) (1–2 angles each)
5. Kitchen and dining area
6. Exterior, building entrance, parking
7. View from windows if notable
8. Any special features (balcony, pool, garden)
