Pehle Verify Karein

First verify the double charge

  • Bank / mobile wallet ka statement check karein.
  • Dono transactions ki timestamps aur amounts note karein.
  • Koi ek transaction "pending" to nahi — kuch gateway payments 24–48 ghante mein reverse ho jaati hain.

Report Karein

How to report

  1. 1My Bookings → affected booking par click karein.
  2. 2Report Issue → Payment Issue → Charged Twice choose karein.
  3. 3Bank statement screenshot attach karein (transaction IDs visible honi chahiye).
  4. 4Submit karein.
Warning

Agar same gateway ka issue hai (e.g., Easypaisa), ek baar JazzCash ya Bank Transfer try karna zyada safe hoga future mein.
