Wallet balance galat dikhaye ya expected amount nahi hai — kyun aur kya karein.

Why balance might look wrong

  • Pending refund — approved hai par still processing mein
  • Referral bonus — credited hoga jab referred user pehli booking complete kare
  • Promo credit — eligibility conditions poori nahi hui
  • Booking hold — kuch cases mein booking pe amount hold hoti hai

Kaise Check Karein

How to check wallet details

  1. 1Profile → Wallet par jaayein.
  2. 2Transaction History tab khol karein — har credit / debit ki detail dikhega.
  3. 3"Pending" transactions check karein — yeh balance mein count hoti hain magar locked hain.
Note

Agar referral credit nahi aaya — referred user ne BookKaaro par pehli booking complete nahi ki hogi abhi tak.
