BookKaaro supports multiple cancellation tiers, set individually by each host. Always check the cancellation policy displayed on a listing before booking.
Flexible
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.
Moderate
Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 5 days of check-in.
Strict
50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 7 days.
Non-Refundable
No refund under any circumstances. Guests may receive a discounted rate for choosing this option.
Free Cancellation
Cancel anytime for a full refund. The host has opted into maximum flexibility for guests.
Service fees are non-refundable for all cancellation types unless otherwise stated.
