Guests are invited to bring their own food and staff and can manage meals using the houses’ fully equipped kitchen. guests will be provided with helpers to clean, serve and fetch basic groceries from the nearest town *Our house management staff is on site to ensure daily housekeeping, groundskeeping & maintenance. They will be on call if required. Guests can communicate through walkie talkies provided. The timing for Housekeeping staff is 8am to 9pm. *A maximum of 3 Persons are allowed or 2 Adult Persons and 2 Children for an overnight booking . * Both Pools are fresh water and not heated. *No unregistered guests allowed. prior to arrival management must receive the names of all guests visiting and an ID card/NIC copy of the person who has made the booking. Entry at gate will not be granted otherwise. * Day Visitors of the Guests are strictly not allowed. Any visitors of the guests will not be allowed entry. *All weapons and arms are strictly prohibited *Guests will be solely responsible for looking after their children and young ones. The property topography is rocky and has areas which may cause injuries to children if they are unsupervised. Please make sure that children are in sight at all times and safe from any dangerous circumstances e.g. Near an operational fire or wood stove, near ledges , near pool area, and other possible injury causing scenarios. Guest access When you reach the Noon Villa Gate, The staff will guide you to the villa. Other things to note *Accommodation for up to two male staff is available free of cost. *Food for guest staff can be provided and will be charged extra at USD 10$ or PKR 1500 per day per person. Please mention if required at the time of booking. * Day Bookings & Corporate Bookings can be made by messaging us. We will quote the rate for them separately. *A booking can be refused at the owners discretion at any time. *Additional day guests after three guests will be charged at a rate of 50 USD per person. Allowance of additional day guests will be at the sole discretion of the owner. * Any violation or disorderly conduct by the guests will result in immediate cancellations. *No smoking indoors *Pets are not allowed. *Parties and Gatherings are prohibited *Basic supplies like cooking spices, fresh water, tissues, dish washing liquids, soap, tea, coffee, sauces, bug spray, bin bags, detergent, fire extinguisher (for Safety), will be available at the property. *Guests are expected to treat the house & property with respect and care. any damage to the property belongings will be charged accordingly and guests will be blacklisted from the property in the future. ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: *Storm, strong wings and heavy rains can be expected in monsoon season and winter (January and February). The winds and rain in Khanpur are quite intense. Please keep the windows and doors shut in this instance and it is advised to stay inside. If there is any accident or mishap, please immediately inform house staff via radio walkie provided. The house staff will also secure the outdoor furniture & belongings for safety. * Noon Villa is located on a lake with wild and natural surroundings. Summer Season is the season for insects, bugs and reptiles. Please keep the doors and windows shut at night as they are attracted to light. Also it is advised not to walk barefoot and keep shoes on (especially for garden strolls). If there is any encounter with an unwanted wildlife , please immediately inform house staff via radio walkie provided , they will come and take care of it.
