  1. 1Provider ka phone number booking details mein dekhein aur call karein.
  2. 2Agar 30 minute baad bhi na aaye — My Bookings → Report Issue par click karein.
  3. 3Dispute form mein "Provider did not arrive" select karein aur timestamp note karein.
Warning

Dispute booking ke din ya us ke agli subah tak submit karein — baad mein claim prove karna mushkil ho jaata hai.

  • Admin team 1 working day mein review karti hai.
  • Provider se alag se contact kiya jaayega.
  • Agar no-show confirm ho — 100% refund process ho jaayega.
