Booking complete hone ke baad Rate & Review section mein 1-star de kar honest review likhein. Yeh publicly visible hota hai.

2. Report Issue

My Bookings → Report Issue → Provider Behavior — yeh directly admin ke paas jaata hai. Non-public.

3. Direct Email

bookkaaro24@gmail.com — Subject: "Provider Complaint – Booking #[ID]"

Complaint Mein Kya Likhein

What to include

  • Booking ID
  • Date aur time of incident
  • Specific description of what happened
  • Any evidence (photos, screenshots, texts)
Pro Tip

Jitni zyada detail, utna zyada effective complaint. Vague complaints pe limited action ho sakta hai.
