- 1Login page par "Forgot Password" click karein.
- 2Registered email ya phone number darj karein.
- 3OTP aayega — enter karein.
- 4Naya password set karein (8+ characters, ek number, ek symbol).
Step 2 — OTP Nahi Aaya?
If OTP doesn't arrive
- Spam / junk folder check karein (email ke liye).
- SMS delivery delay ho sakti hai — 2 minute wait karein.
- Dobara OTP request karein (Resend OTP button).
- Agar SIM issue ho — email recovery use karein.
Pro Tip
Agar dono (email + phone) access nahi — email karein: bookkaaro24@gmail.com with CNIC verification.
Step 3 — Google/Social Login
If you signed up with Google
Login page par "Sign in with Google" button use karein — same Google account jo sign-up ke waqt use kiya tha.
