Step 1 — Password Reset

Reset your password

  1. 1Login page par "Forgot Password" click karein.
  2. 2Registered email ya phone number darj karein.
  3. 3OTP aayega — enter karein.
  4. 4Naya password set karein (8+ characters, ek number, ek symbol).

Step 2 — OTP Nahi Aaya?

If OTP doesn't arrive

  • Spam / junk folder check karein (email ke liye).
  • SMS delivery delay ho sakti hai — 2 minute wait karein.
  • Dobara OTP request karein (Resend OTP button).
  • Agar SIM issue ho — email recovery use karein.
Pro Tip

Agar dono (email + phone) access nahi — email karein: bookkaaro24@gmail.com with CNIC verification.

Step 3 — Google/Social Login

If you signed up with Google

Login page par "Sign in with Google" button use karein — same Google account jo sign-up ke waqt use kiya tha.

Account recovery

Agar email/phone dono change ho gaye — ID proof ke saath support contact karein. Woh manual verification ke baad access restore karenge.
