BookKaaro policy ke mutabiq providers 24 ghante mein confirm karte hain. Weekends par 36 ghante tak diya jaata hai.

Agar Confirm Na Ho

Steps if no confirmation arrives

  1. 1My Bookings mein booking status check karein — "Pending" dikhega.
  2. 2Listing page par diye gaye provider WhatsApp / phone pe directly contact karein.
  3. 3Agar provider jawab na de — Report Issue par click karein.
Note

Cleaxa se bhi pooch sakte hain: "Meri booking #X confirm kyun nahi hui?" — woh status check kar ke guide karega.

Auto-Cancel Policy

Automatic cancellation

Agar 48 ghante mein confirm na ho — system automatically cancel kar ke 100% refund process karega. Aapko email notification milegi.
